Lion Light Capital is looking for an Investor to join their core investment team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of the investment lifecycle and work closely with leadership and management teams. You’ll be involved in driving diligence, crafting investment memos, and helping portfolio companies grow. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about investing and building businesses.

• Drive diligence and execution on new investments
• Craft investment memos and present recommendations
• Work with portfolio company management teams on value-creation plans
• Conduct thematic research and thesis building around sectors
• Help shape the firm’s processes and culture as it grows

• Passionate about investing and building businesses
• 2–3 years of investment banking or top-tier management consulting experience
• 1–3+ years of private equity investing experience
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
• Hands-on experience across deal cycles and portfolio company value creation initiatives
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Entrepreneurial self-starter who thrives with autonomy
• Team player ready to work hard and have fun
