Clinical Supervisor - NC - LCSW or LCMHC - Hybrid

Overview

Clinical Supervisor - NC - LCSW or LCMHC - Hybrid. Thriveworks is currently seeking licensed clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in North Carolina in addition to providing supervision.

Must reside permanently within the state you are supervising and be willing to work in person in one of the following cities:
Chapel Hill, NC.

• Provision of supervision to a minimum of six (6) resident clinicians.
• Provision of weekly group supervision and individual supervision for every 15 clinical hours (minimum of 7 hours/week for a supervisor, varying with resident caseload).
• Willingness to provide documentation oversight.
• Coaching on professional and clinical development of the resident clinician.
• Completion of weekly supervision documentation and coaching documentation regarding any disciplinary or performance concerns.
• Collaboration with the Regional Clinical Director regarding performance issues.

• Active license in good standing and residing within the supervising state.
• Meets state regulatory requirements for supervision, including maintaining required licenses/certifications necessary to supervise license-in-process individuals (state board eligibility preferred).
• Active credentialing with the required Incident-to panels within the supervising state.
• Have been a Thriveworks clinician for at least 3 months.
• Ability to work as part of a team and to contribute to professional development.
• Strong integrity, adaptability, and commitment to high-quality care.
• Ability to be appropriately assertive in coaching residents on professional and clinical goals.
• LCSW:
  Possess a MSW from an accredited program and be a North Carolina Licensed Clinical Social Worker in good standing with relevant supervision requirements.

• LCMHC – Independent license not under supervision, meeting supervision training/experience requirements and eligibility criteria per state regulations.
• LCSW – MSW from an accredited program and NC LCSW in good standing with supervision eligibility and related requirements.

• For Clinical Caseload:
  Fee For Service rates with bonus potential (example: 90837 could be $53.31 to $61.84 depending on caseload).
• Group Supervision: $54.37 per session;
  Individual Supervision: $70.67 per session. If 90837-session compensation exceeds the individual supervision rate, the 90837 rate applies. Documentation required for supervision hours.
