The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for Supervisory duties in the Housekeeping department. This includes inspecting guest rooms, counseling and interviewing employees, resolving guest complaints, general office duties, etc. Minimum of 1-year hotel experience and excellent communication skills, as well as basic computer skills. Prior supervisory experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities- Clean and service guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces according to Hyatt brand standards.
- Replace linens, restock amenities, and ensure rooms are fully prepared for guest arrival.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests.
- Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or room discrepancies.
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures.
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to support smooth daily operations.
- Maintain a positive, guest‑focused attitude at all times.
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with strong attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering excellent service.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull moderate weight and stand for extended periods.
