Human Resources Coordinator; Onsite

Location: Chapel Hill, NC (onsite; transitioning to Timberlake, NC mid-year)

Schedule: Full-time | Non-Exempt

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and people-focused HR Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you’ll support daily HR operations, including pre‑employment screenings, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee services. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment and enjoy creating a smooth, professional experience for employees, we’d love to meet you.

• Manage pre‑employment screenings (background checks, drug tests, reference checks)
• Coordinate onboarding and new hire documentation (I-9, E-Verify, tax forms)
• Assist with benefits enrollment and open enrollment processes
• Maintain accurate HRIS records and employee files
• Support HR audits, reporting, and communications

• 2+ years of HR experience in onboarding, screenings, or benefits support
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Must be onsite daily

• Experience with Workday or similar HCM
• Prior experience supporting benefits processes
