The yearlong New Graduate Residency supports the transition from academia to practice, requiring final nursing school enrollment or recent graduate status and an RN with less than 6 months of practice.
Position offers 36 hours per week (three 12-hour shifts), rotating weekends/holidays, and NCLEX pass with RN licensure prior to start; orientation schedule
