Front of House Team Member

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

* Deliver the core four essentials: make eye contact, smile, speak with enthusiasm and serve from the heart

* Greet each guest with a friendly smile and positive attitude

* Accurately and efficiently take guest orders on both front counter and drive-thru

* Maintain a clean and safe environment in all areas of the store

* Observe health and sanitation guidelines

* Contribute to the fun, fast-paced work environment

Qualifications and Requirements:

* Must have reliable transportation

* Must be 16 years or older

* Must be authorized to work in the US

* Must have flexible availability

* Proficient in English, Spanish is a plus

* Ability to multi-task, problem-solve and remain calm under pressure

* Excellent attention to detail

* Basic cash-handling skills
