Passionate, positive, excellent communication skills—face‑to‑face or on paper—are essential.
- Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge.
- Presenting the OTF concept to interested consumers (“intros”).
- Working at the front desk: answering phones and speaking with members.
- Giving studio tours.
- Collaborating with trainers to guide intros through their first Orange theory workout.
- Selling memberships to help the studio thrive.
- Following up on prospective clients.
- Handling members’ concerns professionally and objectively with the goal of resolution.
- Participating in marketing and outreach events.
- Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized.
- Assisting with all other duties as assigned.
- Monday‑Friday 4:30 pm – 12:00 pm.
- Monday & Wednesday 12:00 pm – 8:00 pm or 3:00 pm – 8:00 pm.
- Friday 11:00 am – 7:00 pm.
