Voltage, LLC is looking for a Lead Sales Support Specialist to support our fast-growing Sales organization. In this role, you’ll act as the operational heartbeat of the sales team — managing workflows, supporting customer requests, ensuring smooth order execution, and partnering across departments to keep everything running efficiently.
What You’ll Do- Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and prepare quotes.
- Support sales reps with high-traffic accounts and assist with quoting during travel periods.
- Track sales bookings and coordinate order fulfillment with inventory and shipping.
- Define, document, and optimize standardized sales processes.
- Generate and analyze sales reports and assist with forecasting.
- Maintain accurate CRM records for leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
- Stay up-to-date on product catalogs and communicate updates internally.
- Partner with Marketing, Finance, R&D, and Project Management to support seamless operations.
- Assist with pricing updates, meeting notes, pre-qualification applications, and sales-related documents.
- Help ensure customers receive timely inventory, service, and lead-time updates.
- Support onboarding and training for new sales team members.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 2+ years in sales support, sales operations, or similar roles.
- CRM proficiency and experience with sales reporting tools.
- Strong communication, organization, multitasking, and attention to detail.
- Proactive problem-solver with process-optimization mindset.
