• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining a professional presence at all times.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the financial institution's premises and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and support a secure environment.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to deter unauthorized access and report any suspicious activity.
• Communicate and collaborate with other Allied Universal team members and client representatives to address concerns and maintain security-related protocols.
• Prepare and submit detailed reports on incidents, observations, and daily activities as required by site-specific guidelines.
• Assist with access control measures, verifying identification, and managing visitor and employee entry as needed.
• Remain alert and attentive to surroundings while on duty, taking appropriate action in accordance with Allied Universal and site‑specific procedures.

• Have at least 2 years of law enforcement, military police, or corrections experience.
• Possess an armed guard card or license.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
