Maintenance Supervisor
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for performing maintenance duties and supervising the maintenance team to ensure efficient upkeep, inventory management, and repair of grounds and buildings within the community.
Responsibilities include:
- Performing general maintenance such as plumbing, electrical work, heating and air conditioning repairs, carpentry, appliance repairs, glass replacement, etc.
- Certifications required: HVAC certified, with the ability to troubleshoot and install A/C condensing units and electrical components.
- Proficiency in computer literacy.
- Managerial skills: ability to communicate effectively with vendors, contractors, and team members, and to delegate tasks appropriately.
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO): knowledge and skills to maintain the pool daily.
- Thorough understanding of Fair Housing laws.
- Availability to work on-call and on weekends as needed.
