The shuttle driver ensures the safe transportation of passengers. The shuttle driver determines the collection and drop‑off points for each trip and adheres to the vehicle’s passenger limit.

• Transport passengers to and from predetermined locations.
• Arrive at collection points prior to departure times.
• Ensure adherence to passenger limits, both seated and standing.
• Answer passengers’ questions in a polite and gentle manner.
• Maintain constant communication with the dispatcher or manager.
• Carry out regular checks on the shuttle vehicle before and after each day’s run.
• Obey all traffic rules and regulations guiding the operation of shuttle services in his/her assigned area.

• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent customer service.
• Knowledge of traffic rules and regulations guiding the operation of shuttle drivers.
• Ability to always maintain a friendly and helpful demeanor.

• High school diploma or GED certificate.
• Clean driving record.
