Our client is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Office Assistant to join their team. This is an excellent entry-level position offering wide exposure to administrative tasks and the chance to build valuable office experience.

JOB ROLE:

Office Assistant

LOCATION:

Ilminster, Somerset

HOURS:

Mon-Fri 9am-5pm

SALARY: £24,800

Key Responsibilities

Reception duties, including greeting clients and answering phones
Filing and organising documents
Making teas and coffees for the team and visitors
Scanning and archiving records
Formatting documents and assisting with basic admin tasks
General office duties as required to support the wider team

About You

Good computer skills with confidence using Microsoft Office
Friendly, polite, and professional manner
Willing to learn and take on a variety of tasks
Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
Ideal for candidates from hospitality or retail who are keen to step into an office environment
