The Role - Administrator
As an Administrator, you’ll provide essential support across a range of internal functions. You’ll be responsible for keeping information up to date, coordinating daily tasks, communicating with internal teams, and ensuring processes run efficiently. This is a key role within the business and ideal for someone who enjoys structure, problem‑solving and working in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities of the Administrator
* Managing incoming enquiries by phone and email
* Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records
* Coordinating daily schedules, tasks or activities for teams
* Preparing documentation, reports and general correspondence
* Monitoring shared inboxes and distributing information appropriately
* Supporting colleagues with day‑to‑day administrative tasks
* Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow
* General office administration as required
About You
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Able to prioritise multiple tasks calmly and efficiently
* Confident communicator with a professional, friendly approach
* Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
* Proactive, reliable and happy to support colleagues where needed
* Previous administrative experience is essential
* Experience coordinating workloads or schedules is beneficial
