About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Groundworks Foreman to join our team on residential projects in Merriott, Somerset. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee all aspects of groundworks operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate groundworks teams on site
Manage day-to-day operations including excavation, drainage, foundations, and site preparation
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
Liaise with site managers, contractors, and suppliers
Monitor progress and quality of work, resolving issues promptly

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Groundworks Foreman on residential projects
Strong knowledge of groundworks processes and site safety
Ability to lead and motivate a team
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Valid CSCS card and relevant tickets CSCS and SSSTS
