CNC Setter/Operator - £34,480 Crewkerne Permanent Role

Rotating

6:00am - 2:00pm (Mon-Fri), 2:00pm - 12:00am (Mon-Thurs)

We're looking for a skilled CNC Setter/Operator to join a leading precision engineering company in Crewkerne. If you have experience with CNC turning and enjoy working in a clean, well-equipped environment where quality matters - this could be the role for you.

You'll be part of a supportive, close-knit team with real opportunities to develop your skills and progress.

What you'll be doing:

• Operating CNC Turning machines (Fanuc control)
• Producing high-quality, precision components
• Using measuring equipment to ensure accuracy
• Deburring and finishing parts
• Carrying out basic machine maintenance
• (Bonus if you have setting or programming experience - but not essential)

What we're looking for:

• Previous CNC Turning experience (Fanuc preferred)
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Strong attention to detail
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to health & safety standards
