Chard | £12.71 per Hour | 6:45am-5pm | Monday-Thursday | 39 Hours per Week | Temporary
Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Production Machine Operatives to join a successful and growing manufacturing business in Chard.
This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term temporary role with a company that values its employees, provides full training and offers the chance to develop valuable manufacturing and machine-operating skills.

What We Offer
£12.71 per hour.
Monday to Thursday working pattern.
6:45am-5pm working hours.
39-hour working week.
Three-day weekend every week.
Full training and ongoing support provided.
Friendly and supportive working environment.

Key Duties
Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficient and consistent output.
Use hand-held tools and manufacturing equipment safely and effectively.
Carry out quality inspections to maintain high product standards.
Perform basic machine adjustments and report faults when necessary.
Work to production schedules and meet daily targets.
Maintain high standards of housekeeping within the production area.
Follow all health and safety procedures and company guidelines.
Requirements
Previous experience within manufacturing, production, factory, warehouse or machine-operating environments would be advantageous.
Comfortable using hand-held tools and machinery.
Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
Reliable, punctual and committed to maintaining a safe working environment.
