• Ensurethepreconstructionprocessisfollowedaccurately.
  
  Reviewqualityofworkatallphases.
• Jobdocumentcreation:
  
  Writeprojectsummaries,proposals,andscopesofwork.
  
  Createstartpackages,PCAandcontracts.
  
  UpdateandmaintainCES.
• Financial:
  
  Appropriatelyestimatejobcoststoavoidmajorslippageinthefield.
  
  Recognizeoveragesandfollowprocesstobackchargetradepartnersappropriately.
  
  PO&VPOcreationandreconciliation.
  
  Reconcilingandmanagingfinancialreports.
  
  Drawandchangeorderinvoicetoclients.
  
  Paymentcollectionandfollowup.
  
  Allowancereconciliation.
  
  Collectestimatesfromvendorsandtradepartners.
• Schedule&conductfeasibilitystudies,bothinternalandwithclients.
  
  Scheduleandconducttradewalksandotherjobsitemeetingspriortoconstructionstart.
  
  Completeclosedjobreviews.
• Providesupporttodesigners&PMsduringappropriatephases.
• Workwithinternalpartnersandvendorstocreatesiteplansandstructurals.
• Actasaproblemsolverforpreconstructionprocessbydestroyingbottlenecks,inaccordancewithcorevalues.
• Cultureinfusionwithalltradepartners.
  
  Supportrecruitmentandonboardingofnewtradepartners.
• Maintainregularcommunicationwithclientthroughoutentireproject.
  
  Attendjobsitevisitstokeepapulseontheprojectandstaycommittedtotheclientexperience.
• Communicatewithrenovationteamonallitemsrelatedtotheproject.
  
  Serveasanactivememberofthescrumteamandprojectteam.
  
  Beanactivememberoftheprojectdevelopmentteam.
• Accuratehourloggingforjob-relatedtimeisbeingkeptdaily.

• 2+yearsofrelevantexperience;
  
  Bachelor’sdegreeinrelatedfield
• Experienceorinterestinconstructionindustry,residentialaplus
• Highfinancialandbusinessacumen
• Strongunderstandingof Microsoft Office suite ,especially
  
  Microsoft Excel
• Strongcommunicationskills,bothverballyandwritten
• Fearlessnaturetocommunicateoverthetelephoneandinperson
• Strongorganizationalskills
• Abilitytomultitaskandreacttoafluidenvironment
