Practice Overview

• You'll join a collegial team of 5 physicians and 8 APPs in a physician-led, hospital-employed model
• Outpatient-only primary care; no OB or pediatrics required; telehealth hospitalist manages inpatient care
• Brand-new $40M facility opening in 2026 with 54 exam rooms, 12 procedure rooms, and full in-house diagnostics
• Collaborative culture with dedicated clinical and administrative support for each provider

Schedule

• Choose between a 5-day week (8-5) or 4 clinical days + 1 admin day
• Light inpatient rounding ( 5 days/month), no ER or OB call
• EMR:
  Meditech Expanse
• Opportunity to customize patient panel toward geriatrics, chronic care, or general adult medicine

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed base salary of $325,000-$400,000 for 3 years + Bonus!
• Productivity bonus of $40-$50 per RVU after threshold
• $50,000-$75,000 sign-on bonus
• Relocation incentives
• IPERS pension, 403(b), $4,000 CME, malpractice with tail, and 30 days PTO

Candidate Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or FMOB
• Eligible for Iowa licensure
• New grads welcome; mentorship available
• Interest in rural or community-based practice encouraged
