Ideal candidates hold an active RN license with ICU RN experience or ED/CCT/Cardiac/Trauma experience, plus ACLS/PALS/BLS-C; willingness to obtain PHTLS and NRP within 6 months. Interdisciplinary teamwork and safety are emphasized.
