  Full‑time, 1st Shift Friday 6 a.m.–2 p.m.; 2nd Shift Saturday through Monday 2 p.m.–10 p.m.
• Hourly Pay: $17.25 (Daily Pay available for Garda World employees)

• Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity
• Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure premises safety
• Control access to secure areas and verify visitor identities
• Analyze security systems to identify vulnerabilities or malfunctions
• Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies
• Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED (documentation required)
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Strong report‑writing skills
• Excellent eyesight and ability to maintain focus
• Proficiency with technology
• Prior Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• At least 21 years of age
• Valid driver's license
• Available to work holidays
• Obtain and maintain an IA state private security license (Garda World will assist and pay for it)
