Axiom Staffing is recruiting for a Customer Service Representative in Charlestown, WV:
- Candidate must be able to work on site with the potential to become hybrid in the future
- Will be responsible for working with doctors and patients via phone and video calls to discuss medical products and use, handling inbound and outbound calls, identify sales opportunities, follow call flows, scripts, and escalation paths, document interactions accurately
- Prior experience in a medical office preferred
Monday-Friday, 9:00a-6:00p
$20.00/hr
