$30.00/hr - $33.00/hr
This range is provided by Genesis. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.
Responsibilities- Evaluate patients/residents to collect data, observe condition and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
- Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or have pending licensure as a practical nurse.
- Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if an assisted living facility.
