Registered Nurse

Shenandoah Center, a Genesis Health Care skilled nursing facility in Harrison County, WV, seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, resident-centered care. The RN will assess residents, develop and implement care plans, administer medications and treatments, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to support rehabilitation and long-term care needs. Responsibilities include monitoring clinical status, documenting accurately, supervising CNAs, and educating residents and families.

• Assess residents and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies safely
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes in status
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in EMRCoordinate care with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team
