Recruiting Manager

Innovative Staff Solutions is seeking a full-time Recruiting Manager to recruit and manage a travel workforce program for client staffing needs.

• Recruit, interview, and process candidates for open roles and staffing requests.
• Complete each hiring step accurately to support high-quality hiring decisions.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates using thorough documentation and timely follow-up.
• Manage daily onsite office operations, including payroll, invoicing, and required reporting
  .
• Partner with clients to understand business needs and effectively manage assigned employees at their locations.
• Support relationship and business development by engaging clients through phone, email, and in-person communication.
• Lead team execution by conducting regular staff performance reviews and holding meetings with onsite team leaders (virtual as needed).
• Address customer and employee satisfaction concerns quickly to help maintain a positive onsite environment.
• Process new hire paperwork and drug screens

• Maintain legal compliance related to Worker’s Compensation, Unemployment, and other employment requirements
  .

• 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of customer service experience.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with a proven leadership track record.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  .
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to work effectively despite interruptions.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Reliable and flexible availability for Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm
  , with overtime as needed to meet deadlines.

• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm, overtime as needed

• Pay rate: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
• Additional: Competitive pay of $23-26 per hour, plus a bonus plan
