Director of Sales and Marketing

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the senior living or healthcare sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals and driving occupancy in a senior living community.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, social media, and community engagement tactics.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to drive occupancy and achieve revenue goals.
- Provide executive leadership and oversight to the sales and marketing teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Lead, mentor, and coach sales staff to ensure effective lead management and relationship-building with prospective residents and families.
- Analyze market trends and competitive data to identify opportunities for growth and market expansion.
- Oversee the creation and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital marketing and community outreach.
- Establish and monitor sales metrics and reporting tools to evaluate performance and adjust strategies as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners and community organizations.
- Represent the organization at conferences, trade shows, and industry events to enhance visibility and strengthen partnerships.
