Licensed Practical Nurse | LPN
Charleston Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center – Day Shift, raised wages, sign‑on bonus $5,000.00.
We are looking for a compassionate, dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide efficient and effective nursing care, achieve positive clinical outcomes, and ensure resident/family satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Provide resident care and direct nursing care during assigned shift.
- Mentor, educate nursing personnel, and perform staff assignments.
- Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals.
- Operate within the scope of practice defined by the state Nurse Practice Act.
- Active, in good standing Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Illinois.
- Experience preferred in LTC/SNF/AL/MC settings.
- Passionate about working with seniors.
- Flexible, energetic, professional appearance and behavior.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
