• Provide high‑quality, patient‑centered care to residents in skilled nursing facilities
• Conduct daily rounding, prescribe medications/treatment plans, and address acute/emergent issues
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in Chart Easy™
• Communicate with facility nursing staff via phone or secure messaging as needed
• Maintain reliable on‑site attendance for scheduled shifts
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards, facility policies, and regulatory requirements
