Position OverviewTutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at the Charleston Rehabilitation and Health Care Center. This is a full‑time, day‑shift position with an attractive sign‑on bonus of $5,000 and competitive wages.
ResponsibilitiesAs a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements. You will operate within the scope of practice defined by the state Nurse Practice Act and be accountable for resident care and direction of nursing care during your shift;
this includes staff assignments, mentoring and educating nursing personnel, and working with physicians and other medical professionals.

- Prior experience as an RN in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred
