Charleston Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON, RN) to lead nursing operations and promote high-quality resident care in our skilled nursing facility.
Responsibilities
Direct nursing services and oversee daily clinical operations.
Lead, support, and develop the nursing team.
Monitor resident care, clinical outcomes, and quality improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and maintain survey readiness.
Requirements
Active RN license.
Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care.
Previous DON experience preferred; strong nursing leadership experience considered.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Compensation & Benefits
Annual salary of $100,000-$115,000
, depending on experience and facility census.Annual survey bonuses of up to $10,000
