- Customer‑Centric Approach: Our "One Touch" model ensures that customers interact with a single, knowledgeable representative throughout their buying journey, enhancing satisfaction with transparency, convenience, and speed.

This is a salaried position paying $4,000.00 per month for the first 120 days of employment. From the 121st day onward, pay will be calculated using a 90‑day rolling average. Additionally, the position is eligible to receive commission as part of the compensation package; potential commission varies based on individual performance metrics and role‑specific targets.

- High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
- Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and team members.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
