What You’ll Own

Cost Accounting & Analysis

• Extract, analyze, and organize data in a way that supports accurate reporting and company wide decision making.
• Implement and improve cost accounting systems that help drive smarter decisions.
• Analyze product costs, variances, and profitability to uncover financial insights.
• Maintain and update standard costs in line with evolving manufacturing processes.

Inventory & Operations

• Lead inventory valuation, reconciliation, and controls.
• Partner with operations on cycle counts, audits, and variance resolution.
• Drive inventory accuracy and process accountability across locations.

Reporting & Decision Support

• Deliver clear and insightful monthly and quarterly cost reporting.
• Support strategic planning, pricing, and margin analysis through data-driven insights.
• Help shape financial strategy through budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc analysis.
• Identify inefficiencies and partner with teams to implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Serve as a go-to finance partner for engineering, procurement, and production.
• Contribute to capital projects, new product evaluations, and M&A activities.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CMA a plus)
• 5+ years in manufacturing cost accounting—you understand how things are made and measured.
• Tech-savvy with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and advanced Excel/analysis skills.
• Naturally curious, data-driven, and comfortable working independently or on cross-functional teams.
• Bonus points for knowledge of lean manufacturing, GAAP, and process improvement best practices.
