Job OverviewRiverview Exterior Construction LLC is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support our growing construction operations. The Office Administrator will play a key role in coordinating daily office functions, maintaining records, assisting with project documentation, and ensuring smooth communication across field and office teams. This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to handle multiple administrative tasks in a fast‑paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities- Manage daily office operations including phone calls, emails, filing, and scheduling.
- Provide administrative support to project managers and superintendents, including preparing project documents, tracking reports, and maintaining records.
- Assist with payroll, timesheet collection, and expense reporting.
- Maintain office supply inventory and handle ordering as needed.
- Support the HR process, including onboarding paperwork and maintaining employee records.
- Assist with bid preparation, subcontractor communications, and document formatting.
- Track invoices, purchase orders, and job cost reports in coordination with accounting.
- Organize company events, travel arrangements, and training schedules.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and proper record‑keeping.
- 2+ years of administrative experience (construction industry experience preferred).
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with project software (Procore, Plan Grid, or similar) is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and support multiple team members.
- Positive attitude, team‑player mindset, and strong problem‑solving abilities.
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
