Join MUSC Health as a Fiscal Technician II supporting procurement, inventory, and departmental purchasing within Pathology and Laboratory Medicine.

Reporting to the Fiscal Analyst III, the Fiscal Technician II provides purchasing support, records asset and inventory, manages departmental purchasing cards, and offers administrative support to the division.

• Submit requisitions and purchase requests via Our Day system, attaching approvals, quotes, and documentation.
• Record purchases by account and maintain internal reconciliation records.
• Record surplus inventory items, schedule pickups in ReCoup, and assist annual inventory audits.
• Process departmental P-card purchases within 24 hours, allocate to proper account, run allocation reports, and report irregularities.
• Provide calendar scheduling, meeting support, key card access coordination, and TSO phone updates for division chairs.

• High school diploma and three years of entry‑level accounting or bookkeeping experience, or bachelor’s degree and two years of experience.

• Ability to perform job functions in standing, seated, and walking positions; lift up to 15 lbs.
