Mail Services Coordinator

• Mail services (Incoming and Outgoing) currently covered by DAP Coordinators, including electronic document storage
• Printing and processing all outgoing letters, disability packets, Medicare packets, etc., each with appropriate attachments, multiple times a day
• Documenting all incoming mail in the SSI and CSHCS Applications
• Scanning and emailing mail to telecommuters through Outlook
• Saving documents to EXP member folders
• Tracking all inventory of stationary for appropriate ordering in a timely manner

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
• The ability to lift up to 25lbs.

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to navigate the internet
• Valid Driver's License required

• Onsite
• Shift Timings - M-F 8:30-5.
