Our Technicians earn an average $18.00–$23.00 per hour plus bonuses.

As a Technician, you will use tire and balancing machines to mount, balance, and align tires and wheels with great precision. You also oversee shop activities: ensuring safety guidelines are followed, completing paperwork, maintaining inventory, and organizing new merchandise. Your work variety and teamwork keep you excited each day.
Responsibilities- Mount, balance, and install tires and wheels.
- Assist with inventory and shop organization.
- Enforce safety guidelines and complete required paperwork.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and product labels.
- Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving history.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Physical ability to perform typical tasks associated with this position.
- Prior experience as a tire technician, wheel specialist, automotive technician, or wheel alignment technician is helpful.
- Experience mounting, balancing, and installing tires and wheels is preferred.
- Organized, detail‑oriented, safety‑conscious, service‑oriented, and a strong team player.
