Job DescriptionAnalyze work activities and set performance measures to support the Indirect channel's business plan.
Operations Management: Manage the overall operations, budget, and quota of the Indirect channel. Analyze reports and sales results, develop action plans to increase sales productivity. Responsible for assigning sales modules, managing market coverage, and overseeing regional sales promotions and contests.
Channel Growth: Negotiate local contracts, implement new accounts, and develop marketing, advertising, and sales strategies for both new and existing accounts.
Customer Retention: Maintain and grow the existing customer base, manage churn, and collaborate cross-functionally to analyze issues, and develop and implement process improvements.
Qualifications2-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, training, and/or customer service are required.
Must possess superior organizational, interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and operational skills. A proven sales track record and leadership ability are essential. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, with excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills. Candidates should be able to motivate teams and present effectively to various audiences.
