What You’ll Do At Monteith- Build and maintain Owner, Architect, Trade Partner & Supplier relationships
- Ensure that all projects are performed by contract and quality standards
- Schedule and direct the daily activities of work and take necessary actions to ensure that the project objectives of cleanliness, safety, price, schedule, quality, and process are met
- Maintain daily paperwork; timecards, field reports, schedule updates, RFIs, and e‑mail correspondence
- Implement project schedules ensuring upcoming events are on track and being proactively attended to
- Promote and maintain safety, health, and cleanliness on the job site
- Conduct and attend pre‑construction, progress, and other project and staff meetings
- Participate in training and other forms of continuous improvement initiatives
- 3+ years of experience in supervising commercial construction
- Ability to work non‑traditional hours
- Excellent organizational, communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with construction management software (Procore), a plus but not required
- Ability to travel
