Superintendent – Cladding Division

We are proud partners of a leading commercial specialty contractor focused on delivering high-performance exterior and interior cladding systems across a wide variety of commercial and public-sector projects. As their project portfolio continues to grow, we are seeking a Superintendent to oversee field operations and drive success on active job sites throughout the region.

This is a great opportunity for a hands‑on leader with deep field experience in metal panels and exterior building systems. Prior experience with Insulated Metal Panels (IMP) is a major plus
.

• Lead and manage daily field operations for cladding projects from mobilization through closeout.
• Coordinate directly with project managers, subcontractors, vendors, and onsite trades to maintain project schedule, quality, and safety.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, panel shop drawings, and specifications.
• Ensure proper installation methods are followed for all cladding systems, including IMP, ACM
  , and other architectural panel systems.
• Proactively identify and resolve field challenges and conflicts.
• Maintain accurate documentation including daily reports, site photos, and safety logs.
• Conduct regular site safety inspections and enforce company safety standards.

• 3+ years of construction field supervision experience
  , preferably in exterior envelope or metal panel systems.
• Proven experience managing subcontractors and site coordination on commercial jobs.
• Knowledge of Insulated Metal Panels (IMP) or Aluminum Composite Panels (ACM) is highly preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints, shop drawings, and installation manuals.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel to regional job sites as needed.
