• Prepare and estimate budget costs for high‑end residential construction, including labor and materials.
• Utilize conceptual estimating and value engineering as needed.
• Write and present budgets, reports, and project plans.
• Develop and manage estimates for multiple projects simultaneously.
• Collaborate with clients, designers, architects, and field personnel.
• Maintain accuracy while working independently and meeting deadlines.

• 1+ years of experience estimating custom homes or high‑end residential projects.
• B.S. in Construction Management or a related degree strongly preferred.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to analyze and organize data efficiently.
