Full-time individual needed to manage multiple new construction projects in the field from start to finish.

• Understand full scope of work for each project
• Manage all business aspects of multiple concurrent projects and ensure financial targets are met while maintaining established quality standards
• Manage all activities associated with production including labor, materials, equipment and services
• Manage the workload accurately as related to the contracted scope of work
• Manage Crew Chiefs and field crews
• Schedule and manage concrete delivery
• Purchase and track quantities of supplied materials to all projects
• Maintain a professional relationship with clients and ensure clear and consistent communication
• Develop and maintain updated and accurate schedules & daily reports for each project
• Develop and maintain a fair and professional relationship with subcontractors and vendors
• Ensure safe work environment and quality standards are maintained

• 5+ years construction project field management experience from a subcontractor’s perspective. Concrete construction management experience is required.
• Experienced managing multiple projects at one time.
• Proven track record in the successful management of project cost, schedule, safety and quality.
• Superior communication skills. Able to work effectively and develop strong working relationships with vendors and clients.
• Spanish speaking required.
• Computer literate, experienced with Microsoft Office products to include Microsoft Project and construction programs such as Timberline, and Plan Swift.
• OSHA 10-hour training.
