• Manage and oversee construction activities from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that all activities are sequenced and coordinated
• Coordinate and communicate with owners, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project success
• Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Ensure the safety of all workers on the job site, providing a safe work environment at all times; ensure compliance with all applicable building codes and regulations
• Manage and oversee the work of subcontractors, ensuring that all work is completed to the required standard
• Manage project budgets, ensuring that costs are controlled and that projects are delivered within budget
• Provide regular progress reports to owners and other stakeholders
• Foster a culture of collaboration

• 2+ years of experience in construction management or a related field
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Resourcefulness and ability to work well under pressure
• Team-based mindset

• $55,000 - $70,000, depending on experience
