Black Rock Construction Inc. is looking for a driven and experienced Traveling Site Superintendent to lead construction projects across multiple locations. Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities from groundbreaking through project completion
- Coordinate subcontractors, crews, and vendors to ensure seamless daily operations
- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, OSHA standards, and company policies on all job sites
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality control to meet deadlines and specifications
- Conduct daily site inspections and maintain accurate project documentation and progress reports
- Serve as the primary point of contact between field operations and project management teams
- Resolve on-site issues, conflicts, and construction challenges in a timely and effective manner
- Travel to various project sites as assigned, including extended stays away from home base
- Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and large-scale construction projects
- Strong knowledge of commercial or residential construction methods, materials, and codes
- OSHA 30 certification preferred; commitment to job site safety is a must
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively and work on-site at various locations
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with construction management software and scheduling tools
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required
- Reliable transportation
