Overview
The Director of Creative Services is a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for shaping and executing the organization’s creative vision. This role oversees all aspects of branding, design, and visual storytelling to ensure a consistent and compelling brand presence across all channels. The ideal candidate combines creative expertise with strong leadership and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities- Advertising Strategy:
- Develop and implement the annual advertising strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with marketing leadership to ensure campaigns drive engagement and growth.
- Creative Design:
- Lead the design and production of logos, flyers, posters, and other marketing collateral.
- Ensure all creative assets adhere to brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.
- Brand Management:
- Oversee all aspects of brand identity, including signage and digital presence.
- Maintain and evolve brand standards to reflect organizational values and market trends.
- Photography & Videography:
- Manage all photography and videography projects, including planning, shooting, and editing.
- Coordinate headshots, promotional videos, and event coverage to support marketing initiatives.
- Team Leadership &
Collaboration:- Direct and mentor creative team members, fostering innovation and excellence.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver high-quality creative solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in creative services, advertising, or brand management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, design, and multimedia projects.

- Timely delivery and implementation of annual advertising plan.

- Positive stakeholder feedback on design and multimedia deliverables.
- Brand Management:
- Successful maintenance and enhancement of brand identity across physical and digital platforms.
- Completion of signage and branding projects within budget and timeline.
- Photography & Videography:
- Timely completion of photo/video shoots and editing for events, campaigns, and headshots.
- Quality of visual content measured by engagement metrics and internal satisfaction.
