Service Customer Support Representative (CSR)

As Charleston’s leading pool service provider, we take pride in offering exceptional customer care. This role plays a crucial part in assisting clients, supporting field technicians, and ensuring seamless service operations.

The Service CSR is responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing service requests, and coordinating communication between clients and the field team. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to customer service.

  • Reports To: Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support & Communication:
  • Answer customer calls, emails, and inquiries related to maintenance and service.
  • Provide clear and timely updates to clients regarding service requests, repairs, and scheduling.
  • Assist customers with quotes, service recommendations, and follow-ups.
Operational & Administrative Tasks:
  • Process service leads and convert them into opportunities.
  • Generate and manage sales orders for necessary parts and service requests.
  • Monitor open sales orders to ensure parts are received and marked ready for installation.
Field Support & Case Management:
  • Track customer concerns using the Watch List and Case Management system.
  • Work with field supervisors to coordinate solutions for service challenges.
  • Assist in generating revenue through proactive customer engagement.
Qualifications and Requirements

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous experience in customer service or administrative support preferred.

Certifications & Training:

  • LSI/Orenda Water Chemistry Training (or willingness to complete).
  • Pentair University Training (or willingness to complete).

Skills &

Physical Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift objects, bend, and stand for extended periods.

Additional Requirements:

  • Must pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
