In this customer care position in our automotive office, you are the first face our clients see when they visit our store. When customers enter, you greet them cheerfully and discuss their auto repair needs. If the client has an appointment, you check them in and inform our technicians. You also take information from walk-ins and let them know if there will be a wait.
Additionally, you answer customer phone calls, skillfully answering their questions and scheduling appointments.
After services are completed, you return the customers' keys to them and thank them for choosing us for their automotive needs. As you interact with our clients, you always engage them in a friendly way that makes them feel comfortable. You take pride in providing world-class customer service!
