• Guide the vision and growth of the landscape architecture team
• Oversee projects from concept through construction, ensuring design quality
• Mentor and support the development of staff
• Manage complex projects across public and private sectors
• Support business development and maintain client relationships
• Collaborate closely with other disciplines and firm leadership

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture
• Licensure as a Landscape Architect, or the ability to obtain it
• 10+ years of professional experience, including leadership and project management
• Strong design sense and technical skills
• Experience leading teams and managing client relationships
• Clear communication and presentation abilities
