Director Imaging Services

Nealy Pierce has partnered exclusively with a growing, nonprofit health system to identify an experienced Director of Imaging Services to take ownership of a growing, multi‑site imaging program. The imaging services provided include CT, MRI, ultrasound, nuclear medicine/PET-CT, and interventional radiology, serving both inpatient and outpatient settings.

You’ll partner closely with contracted radiologists and the executive hospital leadership team to ensure the system is best serving the needs of a growing community.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced imaging leader who enjoys being visible, hands‑on, and close to the team but also able to guide thoughtful growth without losing sight of day‑to‑day operations.

  • Master’s degree required
  • 8–10+ years of progressive imaging leadership experience
  • Strong operational background and financial acumen
  • Collaborative leadership style with the confidence to make hard calls
  Compensation and benefits
  • $150K–$190K base salary (based on experience)
