Geriatrician Faculty Member – Department of Medicine, MUSC

The Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) is seeking a Geriatrician to join their growing program within the Division of General Internal Medicine, Geriatrics & Palliative Care. This role offers the opportunity to deliver exceptional geriatric care while shaping the next generation of physicians through teaching and mentorship.

• BC/BE Internal Medicine or FM Physician with Geriatrics Fellowship training
• Eligible for medical licensure in South Carolina
• Enthusiastic about teaching and academic medicine
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-based approach

• Provide comprehensive geriatric care including inpatient consultations and outpatient services, with flexibility to expand into other areas
• Teach and mentor medical students, residents, and fellows
