Position: Family Medicine Physician
Location: Charleston / Hilton Head Area, South Carolina
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | No Call Required

Position SummaryThe facility is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join its thriving outpatient primary care team in the Charleston / Hilton Head area of South Carolina.
This is a full-time, outpatient-only role with no call requirements

Essential Position Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive primary care for patients across all age groups.
- Conduct physical exams, preventive screenings, and manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease.
- Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and support staff to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care.
- Emphasize preventive health, patient education, and wellness initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
- Participate in quality improvement and professional development activities as part of the clinical team.
Education: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution.
Licensure & Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine; eligible for South Carolina medical licensure.
Experience: Prior outpatient or family practice experience preferred; new graduates welcome to apply.
