As a member of the clients leadership team, the Director will work closely with local and national partners to elevate Flint's profile in early childhood education. Responsibilities include leading the Early Childhood Collaborative Advisory Committee, forming strategic alliances with funders and policymakers, and collaborating with education networks to promote best practices.andlt;/pandgt; andlt;pandgt;
The Director will also manage key program milestones, ensuring alignment of strategies across various initiatives. The role involves leading research and advocacy initiatives to create a culture of continuous improvement.
